The navigation within the portal is very good and easy to use. The concept of keeping track of every conversation is very much appreciated as it helps keep up the transparency between the agency and I. However, the road map section can be improved for improved readability. The tele-calling team members are well trained and have a really good professional conduct. They answer the call in not more than 3 rings (which is really impressive). Their conversations were up to the point and their solutions to my problems are perfect. I never had to call back again pertaining to the same issue. The concept of webinar is new in the immigration consultancy field and it certainly would be informative and helpful for clients.
