The very-happy feedback - 1. Communication was very good. I was kept informed about the progress 2. Team helped me in organising the documents 3. Team had an excellent knowledge about the process and answered all my questions 4. Very detailed report was provided whenever asked and all records were maintained properly 5. Team was able to understand all my requests/questions properly and was very patient. Kudos to the entire team who worked on my application. The not-so-happy feedback - 1. I received my invitation to apply for PR on 16th June 2020 which was valid until 15th Aug 2020. I have been following up with the team to help file my application quickly as my ACS document was about to expire; however, the preparation of documents started after my ACS expired in the mid of July 2020. I was expecting my application to be filed by 1st week of July 2020 but it was filed on the very last day of the validity - 15th Aug 2020. 2. I had to file for a revised ACS due to the delay in filing the application. The bad feedback - 1. I felt there was absolutely no communication between Opulentus and the MARA agent. 2. The last few days of filing my application was a nightmare. The MARA agent was not ready to accept my application because of an expired ACS and he refused to accept my application again on the last day citing non-dispersal of his fees. I had to juggle my calls between Opulentus and MARA agent requesting them to get it sorted. This is a very very bad customer experience and I hope the differences are sorted out internally without involving the customer. Overall, it was a very good experience working with you except for not filing my application as soon as I received my invite and the not-so-happy conversation with MARA agent in the final few days of filing my application. I would rate your services somewhere between "Good" and "OK" due to the above fallouts, otherwise it was top-notch. Will definitely recommend your services to my friends and family.
